About Us

About Word Templates Docs

Word Templates Docs is a free library of editable document templates. We collect and publish ready-to-use templates for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF so you can create professional documents quickly, without starting from a blank page.

What you will find here

Our collection covers everyday personal and business needs: letters and memos, reports and schedules, contracts and agreements, invoices and order forms, certificates, flyers, planners, checklists and more. Every template page includes a short explanation of what the document is for, followed by download links to the sample files.

How to use our templates

Choose the template that fits your purpose, download it, and open it in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or a compatible editor. Replace the sample text with your own details, adjust the layout if needed, then print or save the finished document.

Our approach

We aim to keep templates simple, clear and easy to edit. If you notice an error, a broken download link or a template you would like us to add, please tell us through our Contact Us page.

Please note that templates are provided for general information and convenience. Read our Disclaimer before relying on any legal, medical or financial template.

Who runs this site

Word Templates Docs is edited and maintained by Nick. Each template page is written to explain what the document is used for and what it should include, so you can judge whether it fits your needs before you download it.

How downloads work

Every template page shows a preview image and a download link for each sample. Files are free to download and edit, and you do not need an account. If a link does not work, please let us know through our Contact Us page and we will fix it.

Browse the latest templates on our Blog page or from the home page.

How we choose and update templates

Nick selects topics based on documents people commonly need, such as contracts, letters, reports, forms, certificates and schedules. Each page groups several sample layouts for the same purpose, explains what the document should contain, and links to the downloadable files. We review pages when readers report an error or a broken link, and update samples and wording where needed.
